My Alta HR is not giving me the different sleep stages only patterns. It sometimes gives the sleep stages bit I want them all the time please. Please can you assist me? Kind regards Sue

Hi

 

In case of taking a nap when sleep is less than ~ 3 hours then the normal patterns are shown though not sleeping stages.
