Alta compatible with LG K30???

Hi there! I've had my Alta for several years and it's been great, but I had to get a new phone and now it's not syncing. 

Is it compatible with the LG K30? It's not on the list of compatible devices but it seems some people are still getting feedback from phones not in the list.

Hi @Kjblkbrn and welcome to the forums. I would like to clarify that even if a phone is not on the list, it may work. The list simply identifies which phones Fitbit has tested. Does your phone have at least a 5.0 version of the IO? That is a hard requirement. Hopefully someone who owns a LG K30 will respond.

I have a blaze and it didn't seem to be able to give me notifications either .Which sucks. I loved it with my LG K 10 i think because i have a special needs son and i was able to see messages from his teacher without having to find my phone .
