@Bollardam, the tracker does not record any data on the phone. At the time of syncing the tracker with phone, the data is uploaded from the tracker to the Fitbit servers. The data from the servers is then uses to populate the fields in the app on the phone. If you are not seeing any data on the phone app, that indicates that the tracker is not being successfully synced. Does the app Account screen show the last time the tracker was synced?
