Alta is not receiving notifications

My Alta used to always vibrate when I got a text or call and now it isn't. I looked in settings and everything for the call thing is on. I have a galaxy s9 btw. Help please

Thanks for letting me know about your Alta as well for checking the notification settings. Nice job! I've just confirmed that your Samsung Galaxy S9 is a compatible device with the Fitbit app so let's work on this together. Could you please make sure the Fitbit app has been allowed to run on the background? If that's correct, try the following steps:

 

  1. Remove your Alta from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone and restart your Alta.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Alta.
  6. Set up the notifications one more time and try receiving a call or text on your phone.
