Notifications won't work

I received my chage3 about 2 weeks ago it worked perfectly on my iPhone 6. I upgraded to a hauwei 2 days ago and it has been giving me notification problems, says I need to restart my phone and if I do so it just gives me the same massage again. I have Googled and found answers but non of them work. I have restarted my charge3 nothing I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, I have unpaired the Bluetooth and nothing. If somebody has a other option in how to solve my problem please help me.

Hello @Bluelove95 and a warm welcome.  What model Huawei phone do you use?  Is it on the compatible device list ?  Is it a P20 Lite?  There is an additional link in the Help article for help with a P20 Lite.

@Bluelove95   The P30 Lite is a fully compatible phone.  Should not need any special steps like the P20 Lite.

I am going to move your post to the Android forum.  The issue you are experiencing is an app problem, not a Charge 3 problem.  There is a better chance that an Android use can help you.  You can also do a search in the Android forum.  A solution might exist for your issue.  I wish I could help you more, but I am an iPhone user.
