In July I had trouble with my alta not syncing, not finding bluetooth on my phone. I deleted the app, impaired my phone, re did it and it worked until last week and here we go again. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, impaired the alta and now it wont find my alta on bluetooth to enable me to repair with my phone! I'm fed up! Is there a built in obselence to get us to buy the latest model!!!! Which I'm reluctant to do until I know this problem wont recur! What is happening with fitbit!?

Well I deleted the app, reinstalled it. Cant find alta on bluetooth history, tried to add, says pairing, then cant find device, check settings on device, !!!! How can I if it wont let me pair!!!! I'm seriously frustrated now, when I upgraded my phone I did think " oh can I gave that phone, will my fitbit work?!" Why are the new phones not supported?! This is seriously denting any enjoyment I had. I had asked my husband to upgrade my alta at Christmas to one of the newer ones, i e now told him to hold off and I'll look at the samsung watch, at least I know that would work with a newer samsung phone!
