Alta not Syncing to Samsung Galaxy S4

I just got a new Alta and after hours of trying last night we were able to add the device to my fitbit app on my mobile. I now can't get it to sync 😞 I have tried resetting, turning my bluetooth on and off and logging in and out of my fitbit account. I have spent 3 hours this morning trying to fix this! Please help me sync my new Alta to my mobile!!!

@K_H444 A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! So sorry to hear that your Alta is not syncing with your Samsung S4 even though you have restarted your phone. I recommend restarting your Alta as advised in Melissa's post. If this doesn't do the trick, I suggest you to contact our Customer Support team so they can investigate further and get you back on track.
