My alta has suddenly stopped connecting my my android Device, tried restarting alta several times. Unpaired my alta and now it won't pair up at all. Message on Bluetooth settings says can't communicate with Alta... help! I'm getting frustrated

Hey @Jo1109! Welcome to the Forums.
In this case I'd say that we should try to restart the connection itself. Please follow these steps:
- Open the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device and look for your Alta.
- Remove the Alta from that list of paired devices.
- Open your Fitbit app and then tap on the account tab.
- Select the 'Set Up a New Device' option and follow the on-screen steps to setup the tracker once more.
