I purchased the Alta today and can not get it to sync with my Note 4. I have done all the trouble shooting methods posted on this site and am at a loss!

@ShellBass Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Reboot your phone first. Then restart your tracker. Follow all of these set up steps for Android devices. If it is still not working, try to set it up on a computer. If you set it up on a computer; you will need to just log in to your account on your phone to have access to your account.
