Hello @SaraSS, it's nice to have you here in the Fitbit Community! It seems the device you want to use to sync is not listed as a compatible device. While many Android devices have a the specifications to sync with your tracker, not all devices are able to be accessed by apps like the Fitbit App.
In this case the best choice is to continue using any of the compatible devices you have been able to sync. Our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates.
