I used to receive notifications on fitbit now suddenly I don't. I go to the app and click on notifications and it send me to enable notifications and to tick fitbit in the list of apps that can have access. It is already ticked as it has always been ticked. No matter how many times I go to notifications it sks me to enable and I can't go to the detailed settings page. It happened before and fixed itself. Not sure what the problem is I restarted my phone restarted my Bluetooth I am sure it is paired as I used to get notification before. I am not on a special do not disturb mode. Everything is THE same. My phone is android OPPO.

Welcome to the Community @Mimi_p! I hope you're doing great!

  1. Restart your tracker, make sure to follow the instructions that @CindyFitbit shared.
  2. Turn off notifications:
    1. On the Fitbit app dashboard, tap your tracker.
    2. On the device screen, tap your tracker.
    3. Tap Allow notifications access and turn off access to the Fitbit Notification Service.
  3. Reboot your mobile device.
  4. In the Fitbit app, tap Allow notifications access and allow access to the Fitbit Notification Service.
  5. Turn on call, text, or calendar notifications.

If you're still not receiving notifications, set up notifications again:

  1. Disconnect ("unpair") your tracker in your mobile device's Bluetooth settings. The instructions differ by device, but in most cases:
    1. Tap Settings > Bluetooth and find your tracker in the list of paired devices.
    2. Tap Forget or Forget Device to unpair your tracker.
  2. Reboot your mobile device.
  3. In the Fitbit app, tap Allow notifications access and allow access to the Fitbit Notification Service.
  4. Turn on call, text, or calendar notifications.
  5. If notifications still don't work, contact Customer Support and explained that you've tried all these steps so they can review your device history and tell you the options.

Let me know how it goes!
