Alta vs Droid Force Z?

Is anyone that has the Motorola Force Z having problems with syncing?  Any tips?

@RochelleHanson A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Alta is not syncing with your phone. I would like to know if you are getting any error when syncing or if your steps are not just syncing. If an error appears, please provide a screenshot of the error so I can determine the cause of the issue.

In the meantime, try restarting your tracker as advised in Melissa's post and then sync your tracker.

It comes up with a red exclamation point and says "tracker not found"

@RochelleHanson The Motorola Droid Force Z is not currently listed as a supported device. This would explain why you're experiencing issues with syncing. I recommend following the same steps that I suggested regarding the Galaxy Note 5  here. It doesn't hurt to try set up but it isn't guaranteed that all features will fully function with a device that is not listed as supported here.

No ETA on when these devices will be listed as fully compatible with the Fitbit app for Android as our engineers have to test all features before adding them. I recommend keeping an eye on this page, as it will be listed when fully supported.

Do I need to keep checking back on this page or will I get an update when and if my Fitbit HR upgrades to get notifications from my new Motorola Z Force Droid?
