Hello,
So my alta has always been connected to my phone and the App. Just a couple days ago, it wouldn't sync. I tried turning off bluetooth, restarting phone, uninstalling the app and nother seemed to work, i i thought maybe if i removed the device off my phone, i can just re-pair it. So after going thru the prompts, the app does find my alta and a 4 digit code pops up on my alta. I type in the code into the phone, but everytime I try this it says "Not Working, try again?". I've tried so many times, but nothing seems to work.
So i have also tried just pairing the alta directly thru bluetooth. It's not on my device list so i click "pair new device" and i see the alta. I click it, but it never wants to pair. Sometimes it will say "invalid pin/password" or "can't communicate with alta". I never get any other prompts when trying to pair except for the "allow call logs and text" prompt. Any ideas why I can't pair?
