My Alta synced last night and now won't connect and sync. I've turned off and back on my Bluetooth, the phone, and restarted my tracker, nothing is working. Help!!!

I have a samsung galaxy s4 and my fitbit alta wont even sync to my phone and all it says that not working try again help me please

Glad to see it's not just me! Had a notification this morning that the app updated and may need to restart my phone - which I did - and it hasn't synced since.  Restart phone, close and restart app, turn bluetooth off/on...nada.

So, I just got off with CS by phone, had to unpaid or "forget" my Alta on my Bluetooth settings, then reboot the Alta then sync, and it worked

This pm my Alta changed its time an hr on then my phone did same I changed my phone o right time and now it won't sink turned phone on and off reset fit bit still won't sync help please its driving me mad

I think fitbits should not be sold anywhere anymore because they dont work
with any phone and the stink
