Hello @Slow-one, good to see you again. I was reading your first post and I see you are not able to received call notifications on your Ionic. However I do not see the context of your other reply, however It seems you have tried different solutions already to address this issue.

As a matter of review I recommend to take a look at this post for a complete walkthough for notification issues: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app). Just make sure there is nothing missing to try. There is an specific step that might be of your help, which is to removed the bond from your tracker with your phone and re-enable the notifications. This can be find in the post I have shared with you.

Also I'm wondering if your mobile device is listed as compatible in our list of compatible devices? When a device is not listed, the behavior with some features might not work as is expected.

Keep me posted if the issue persists, I'll be around.

I'm getting fed up of being told my phone is not compatible, I've had it nearly 2 years now so it's not as if it's BRAND NEW ON THE MARKET, i will be upgrading again in a couple of months to a phone that is already on the market, that is also not on the compatibility list, but i am still having it, I thought it was up to the company (fitbit) to make sure that their products are compatible with our handsets and not the other way around

I hear ya! I just pulled the trigger and got the Ionic after having the Charge 2. I didn't have an ounce of trouble with notifications on the Charge 2 but whole different story with the Ionic. I've had my phone for 3 plus years so it shouldn't be up to me to make sure my phone is compatible. It was and now it's not again! Arrg! And, yes, I've done all suggestions to try and fix it and nothing. So annoying!

i'm glad i wasn't on my own with this trouble,i can understand it not working on older phones but i'm like you, my phone isn't 2 years old yet so why don't they work, again it's more like the developers washing their hands of the problems the public are having with a product,
i hope you manage to find a way around your problems, but i will say after an app update on your phone and then a firmware update on the ionic, you might be back in the same boat

Okay, I think this last Fitbit app update sorted things out as my Ionic is working flawlessly now! I'm soooo happy! Love the watch even more now! Highly recommended and now looking at the scale but not sure I want to know that much information regarding my BMI and all. lol
