AltaHR not syncing on a daily basis

About 4 months ago, "tracker not found" started happening randomly on a daily basis. If I reboot my phone, it finds it but I have to do it again the next day. I've reloaded the app and reset the Fitbit. Nothing works. Any suggestions?

@SheriDawn, have you tried opening the phone's Settings for Bluetooth, select the Fitbit and telling Bluetooth to Forget it, then close the phone settings and re-opening the Fitbit app and trying to sync the tracker?
