AltaHR will not sync since last night

My fitbit altaHR won't sync.  In addition, fitbit asked me to change my password this morning.   Is there a problem with the website?

First off, Buller remark was hilarious. Second, there was an update yesterday to the software and I have an Alta HR too. I've been unable to sync since then either. Is it giving you a red notification saying something like "cannot find tracker", or a yellow one where it says it cannot sync? 

 

I have an LG Stylo 2  and it's not on the list of supported devices, but my fitbit has always worked with it. It seems possible there might be a conflict with a software update? Didn't know if you saw something similar? Or what device you had? 

 

It's sad how little traction some of these questions are getting, or if they take forever to respond to paying users problems. \/_\/

My Alta hasn't synced since this morning. It won't let me add some foods and when I try to sync it continues to show a red sign and says" not connected"
