Altar won't sync

This is the 8th time I've contacted you with this issue. Will not be recommending fitbit to anyone. And I'm sure your response will be prompt.

@Annhag, this is the Community of Users helping Users, and not Fitbit Support. Since this is your first post on the community, you have not contacted us 8 times.  Would you like the Community to help you?  If so, provide more information of what your problem is with the Alta.  That is a prompt as I could reply.
