Best AnswerHi, @lisag0209, I don't do a restart, but I do find that I need to repeatedly press the sync now button on the app before I can get two trackers to sync completely and coordinate numbers. It has sometimes taken me as long as 10 minutes, so I try not to be in a hurry and do my tracker switch while I am checking emails or facebook (or the Fitbit Community!) and I just keep telling them to sync until they finally do... I know this is probably not much help!

! If you receive call, text, or calendar notifications on your Fitbit tracker, your tracker has a Bluetooth "bond" with the mobile device that sends the notifications. This bond prevents the tracker from syncing with another mobile device or a computer.
To quickly and temporarily disable the bond, turn off Bluetooth on your mobile device. You can turn it back on later to resume syncing.
If you no longer use notifications, remove the bond:
