Andriod App Keep Crashing upon opening

I'm on Huawei Mate 10, Andriod 10, Fitbit version 3.41.2, with Versa 2. The App just keeps crashing before it opens, no matter how I re-install or restart my phone. I've tried cleaning cache data but doesn't work. If I re-install it would be able to open for the first time, as long as it's been closed it could never be activated again. Plz help.

I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. I'd like yo to confirm that you performed this troubleshooting, in the following order: 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Clear the app cache

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in 

Also please double check that the latest Fitbit app version is installed on your phone, it should be 3.41.2.
