Hi, I've got Versa 3 and tried to pair it with my Xiaomi phone. However, even it is paired and I allowed calls, texts, and notification but it still not working, instead it says "Notification service not working. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker." I restarted the phone and looked for updates but there are not any. Does anybody have similar issue, and how it can be resolved, please?

I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. Please try the troubleshooting posted in this article. Also confirm that the Android OS running on your phone is 7.0 or higher.
