My FitBit won't sync with my android phone. It hasn't been used in 2 years. It says I need to update the firmware. When I look at how to update the firmware on the device, it says to sync it to my phone. When I look at how to sync it to my phone it says I need to update the firmware.
Anyone have a work around through the help document's circular logic?

Hi @PresHoover which Fitbit? That would help us to point you in the right direction.

Was able to get it to work via: youtu.be/YRWh3d3wrYc. Was a massive pain in the **ahem**, definitely makes me less inclined to upgrade to the Charge 4 over another brand of fitness tracker.
