I have a galaxy S4 running android 5.0.1. I haven't been able to sync my flex to the app since Dec 29. I've reset my device, uninstalled & reinstalled the app several times, Bluetooth is on as is location services. The device is charged. All I am able to find in the help section is that "there are known issues with devices running lollipop." Great. So there are known issues. When will they be fixed or what am I to do in the meantime?

Welcome to the forums @twinzmom2

Same phone and Lollipop I have, so let's figure out what's happening.

Have you updated the Flex? There was a firmware update.

I dont have location services on and mine works fine.

The firmware was updated prior to this happening. Apparently if there is a pink arrow next to the device on the app that means there is an update that needs to be done, which there is not. 😞 I have the most up-to-date version of the app since I've uninstalled & reinstalled.

majorly frustrated about this as well.

I hate that I have to log onto a computer and sync.  I want to be able to see updates through the day.

I hope this can be fixed soon.

Welcome to the forums @amwilliams

If you're using a mobile device, with bluetooth on, you can still see your stats, even if it's not uploading to the Fitbit servers.

What's happening when you try to sync?

I get an error message on my phone when I try to pair it with bluetooth that says the tracker is rejecting the reuest to pair.

It does the same thing with the air bluetooth on my computer.

I've barely had my fit bit for a year and it seems to not be working.  I really like seeing the date this device gives me, I thought for sure I could get a lot more than a years use out of it.

@amwilliams  connecting to bluetooth isn't the same as using the usb.
