I have the versa 2 and Samsung a50. Aboit 90% of the time I get all notifications and calls. All my settings are as they should be, I have googled plenty of times to see what the issue could be. The only thing that seems to help is restarting my phone. My bluetooth is on, my phone and fitbit are synced. This is super annoying.

Hello @EllePea31, welcome to the Community Forums! It's a pleasure to assist you today.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your Versa 2 prior to posting too, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured.
After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes. Keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy A50 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience connection difficulties with it.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

I've done all of the above as suggested. I'm currently using the galaxy a50. It works majorty of the time.. but I find that my calls coming through are the biggest problem. When I go into the fitbit app and look under my notifications, the call notification seems to disable itself. It's been happening for about a week now when I got my fitbit. The guy at best buy told me that the galaxy a50 was compatible with fitbit products. If it's not, like you say it isn't, do you know when or if it ever will be? I just got this phone so not looking to upgrade that for a while yet.
