Android App Authentication required

Hi, I was having trouble syncing my flex, i went through all the steps and nothing.. someone suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I uninstalled but now it will not let me install. I get a message that says "Authentication required please sign in to google account". I have signed in.. doesnt change anything. I don't think it is not google play as i can download other apps no problem.  

 

I have the 5.0 operating system on a Samsung Note 3.

Go to the play store on the web, here you can remotely install fitbit.

Thanks, I actually had to "clear data" from my phone in the application
manager to get it to work.
