Hi Guys. The android app dashboard heart rate indicator sometimes flashes solid red and sometimes flashes outlined. I have tried to get an explanation on this but no success. Can anybody enlighten me please? Thanks

The heart symbol changes to show which heart rate zone you are in.  See details here.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
