I just purchased a Charge 4, downloaded the Android App. When I try to log in I get the error "fitbit.com is down for maintenance". Since 2 days. So I'm not able to use my new tracker. I have Android 8.0, I un- and reinstalled the app, restartet the phone, turned off and on bluetooth, nothing helps. What can I do except returning the tracker?

Have you tried, both through cellular and WiFi @SunsetRunner?
Tried a phone restart it shutdown?
Do you use a VPN or some other security app?
We also could log into your account on a different phone and try a setup.

Hi, yes I tried both cellular and WiFi, I also restarted the phone. I don't use any security app. I also tried a different mobile device to log in, but nothing helps. I'm really frustrated.
Thanks for your answer, but I think I will return the tracker and a different one.
