As soon as I downloaded the new app, now I having tons of issues. At first I could not respond or post here & now I cant get to the live chat & respond.
I got live chat then it would not let me respond when an agent replied.
My battery is saying like 55% of battery but my fitbit charge 4 tracker is saying 88% . The app is telling me to download it & that it did not download the new app but the version number says it did download.
Probably more but I dont have all day to sit on hold or go through the fitbit app. Please customer service or IT people, please fix the issues.

Also, customer service people need to realize you cant leave the chat to do anything they ask because the app wont stay open. Such a mess.
Please fix this.

Are you asking about the fit it app on the phone @MissDarnell?
This would not have anything with communicating with support or posting here. I wonder if their is sometging other than the fitbit app causing the issue, or if they are unrelated problems.
