I can't find where to get information telling me what the colors mean in the graphs for exercise, steps, etc.

Hi @Lilibetd when you asked about the steps graph is that the landscape one that's measuring at 15 minute intervals? If it is then if you touch a column a little text bubble should appear with the time, number of steps and in the corresponding colour the intensity of effort exerted.

The colours in the exercise section are related to your heart rate so if you check that out in the help pages it will probably give you a better explanation than I can.

Two years in and I'm still finding stuff.

Hope this helps a bit.
