In a new development, as of 4 July, I can't get the app to synch when I have my VPN running on my Galaxy Note 8. It tells me that my password or username is invalid, but if I turn off the VPN it allows the log-in. This is a new development since 3 July, when it worked.

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing that turning it off let you log in.
I'd like to ask some further questions on this. Are you getting some other error message aside from Password or Username Invalid? If so, what does it say?
I will be sure to bring this up to the rest of the team so that it can be looked into. As soon as we have any updates on this we will be sure to let everyone know about it.

I don't remember the exact wording of the additional error message that I got on my desktop computer that I also tried to log into Fitbit wih, which also uses the same VPN, but it was to the effect that the address that I was using was blocked by the user and what looked like an individual's first name was given.
That was what gave me the clue to turn off my VPN and try, which worked.
This continued happening for a day or so, then it seemed to correct itself. I have not had to turn off the VPN since a day or two after I posted my question.
