When using the Android app to display your exercise, the app fails to display all exercise in a given week if you happen to do more than one activity in a day.
My issue:
If you go for a walk every day, the app will record each walk. When you look at the report that shows a check box in each day of the calendar for days that you've recorded an exercise, each day will be checked off. This actually goes for every report if the given exercise is not shown below.
Last week I went for a walk every day, but did 2 walks on Tuesday & 2 walks on Wednesday, Monday's walk is not displayed. As such, the report will show that I did not walk on Monday. It shows the 2 walks on Wed and the 2 on Tues, but nothing for Monday.
The exercise is logged and you can view it via computer on the dashboard, but the dashboard does not have the same reporting/analytics. The app shows that I hit 7 days of exercise, but there's no way to see that individual item on the app either. This is problematic when I'm looking at the report to see when my last 'rest' day was and it says that last Monday I had a rest day, but the reality is that I actually did 5 miles last Monday.
I suspect there is some limitation coded into the 'weekly grouping' mechanism that may limit the number of entries that are displayed on the app.

Hi, it could simply be a glitch in the Fitbit App.
Sometimes clearing things will sort it.
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit Stop [though it doesn't seem to fully] Go back in to the Fitbit app
*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones] |
Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and redo all notification, App notifications and any special setups. |
BTW, using 2 devices to sync with the watch, if you are, can sometimes cause problems, though probably not in this case.
