App will neither save manually entered details about my menstrual cycle, nor will it save that my goal is to LOSE weight, not gain. So frustrating seeing that I've gained x amount of eight every time I pull up the app.
I've restarted, updated, and reinstalled the app, but no luck. It is not my tracker causing the issue, obvi.

Hi @anaellefire - sometimes reinstalling the App is not enough. You may also need to clear the storage cache and Force stop the App, and also fo a logout/login.
If you are also having syncing issues it would be a good time to refresh the watch connection
After logout/login.head to the home screen on the phone without closing the App.
A sync popup should appear, click on this to pair and link the watch again.

@Guy_ Thanks for your help!
@anaellefire Welcome to the forums. I will be glad to help you regarding the Fitbit app. I appreciate what you have tried on your own and the explanation. It seems the changes are not reaching the server, therefore they are not saved and are not reflected when the Fitbit app is reloaded. Which smartphone do you have? Please try changing internet networks. If you were using your mobile data, please try using the wifi network instead and viceversa.
Have a nice day!
