Android App not saving weight logs

Android app doesn't sync the weight to the server.

I've been entering my weight for a week, but the goal progress is not shown correctly on the dashboard.

The weight I logged is also not there if I open website.

When I log off from the app, and login again - the weight I logged since the last login is not there.

It works if I log the weight from the website.

I think it also works after logout/login once, and then the sync stops.

It's been happening for 2-3 weeks now.

Fitbit, please have a look at it.

@AygulZ Welcome to the forums. Please excuse the delayed response. I will gladly help you regarding the weight tracking on the Fitbit app. I have been tracking my weight for the past month consistently and it has been working as expected. So there might be a couple of things you can take care of to make sure everything works fine. Which smartphone do you have? Please check if there are any updates available for the Fitbit app. Open the app store on your phone and search for Fitbit. If there are any, the Playstore will let you know. If it only says "open" it means your app is up to date.

 

If you are connected to the internet mobile network of your smartphone when you attempted to log a new weight, please try it a Wi-Fi network instead. If after this it is still not working, uninstall and reinstall the app.
