Android App request me to login every time

I have the app working for over a year, after the last update (10/29) it keeps asking me to log in every time I open the app, or after I didn't use it for few hours.

I did see old posts about this but I didn't see any solution or a workaround.

I've tried clearing the cache but it didn't work.

On the other hand, I was traveling when it happened and connected via shaky Wifi connections. The problem went away when I got home

Welcome to the Forums @adis84.

Thanks for bringing this up.

It could be related to the app's cache. I'd recommend clearing it. You can do so by going into the phone's settings and going into the app settings. There,, look for the Ftibit and tap on it. Next you select the option to clear cache and then give it another shot.

Keep me posted on how it goes or if you have any further questions.

Hello @adis84.

Thanks for sharing those details and clarification.

Glad to read that everything is working correctly after you got home. It could be that the connection was not stable due to the shaky connection.

If you have the time, maybe you could visit one of our Discussion boards. Maybe there will be a topic that piques your interest.

Let me know if you there is anything else that I can do for you.
