The latest version of the Fitbit App for Android will not open. I have a Nokia 1.3 using Android 10 Go Edition. It shows the white screen with logo and then immediately closes. I followed the follow step and It still does not work: 

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.

Why is this being ignored, and left up to the community to resolve. This is an App Development issue.
