My app was failing to sync, so I force stopped the app and then un-installed as it was still having the issue. I reinstalled the app and now it won't let me log in via my Google account but will let me attempt to log in via other Google accounts. I have force stopped, reset my phone and Versa, and turned my Bluetooth off and on.

I am having the same problem right now. Hopefully this is a server issue and will be fixed at some point. Although I bought my Versa 4 just over a year ago, I expect I will be throwing it away shortly, due to ongoing en**ahem**iffication of the platform.
i never uninstall i seen to many people have this same problem. did it also give you trouble logging on to here at first? Because before I try anything beyond force stop and rebooting my fitbit I try going here to see if others have the same issue. might try giving it a few minutes and try logging in again. for me after things seemed to get fixed all I had to do was reboot my versa to get it to sync.
Best AnswerThank you for posting this! I feel better thinking that it was just my issue. I also could not sync my Fitbit, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app - boom, can't sign in. "Oops, something went wrong". Cant use old credentials because everything to Google. Funny enough, you can start a new account (at least when I tested another google acct, it didn't give me the " oops" screen. Hopefully there is a fix soon. I thought it was weird — usually restarting my phons/watch fixes the sync issue for me.
When I can't reach a site. I'll check it using a down detector website to verify that its not just me.

yes. it's good now. i've been waiting for someone to wake up and fix the server lol.
i'm able to sync now.
Mine still doesn't let me log in. I have done everything. I can log in on the internet, but not the app.

i just found this: https://status.fitbit.com/
it does indicate the sync was down earlier. it is back to normal now.
I guess that explains it (having same issues as everyone else; not syncing, now can't log into app - contact help shows chat to have "less than 2 hour wait time" 😮)
You guys can also message them on facebook. It is what I would do whenever I couldn't post here.
