I had not used my fitbit device- Versa 3 and the app for about 2 weeks after which when I tried to login through the Fitbit App on my android phone it shows the prompt- "please fill all the fields correctly". I have checked and rechecked- my email and paswsword are correct, I also changed my password, uninstalled and re-installed the Fitbit app but nothing works! When I log in to the dashboard in the browser I have no problems but the app does not accept my email as valid. I'm not able to use my device..Please help!

I would contact Fitbit Customer Service to get your particular issue resolved. Their phone number is 877-623-4997

That’s very unusual…I tried calling the number just now and it’s working perfectly. Is it possible you misdialed?
