Android Sync Issue

My fitbit flex says it is syncing and even has the bar that goes across the top to say it is, but the steps aren't showing up on the screen.

 

Any advice?

Hello @vickym95, it's nice to see you here in the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering if your stesp are showing correctly on your tracker' screen?

Also let me know if what brand of mobile phone you have and if you have updated the phone OS recently.
