I found that I'm suppose to reference the following if I am having syncing errors...
RESOLVED 02/28/17: New Dashboard is not updating stats after sync
I just realized this morning that my Samsung S7 hasn't synced with my Charge 2 since March 20th. I am not getting phone call notifications either. I have All-Day Sync on and Always Connected on.
Earlier in March I had to uninstall/reinstall the app in order to even get the sync function to work.
Please help - my work sponsors a program with a steps/point system and the system syncs with Fitbit. If steps are not logged within 4 days I don't get points or entered into the award program. I need this fixed ASAP. Thank you!

I'm having similar issues with my Alta- frequent sync errors, which cause problems with my weight loss program. Please advise on how to fix this!
