Since the new release my Ionic has not been syncing properly and I've had to delete and reinstall it at least 3 times. Lost the data from those days. Cancelled premium membership since it's useless if the data doesn't get to the app.

Try going to settings, ( On Android ) open "manage apps" and go to the fitbit app, click on it and you should see the option, "clear data" click on that and you get several options, you want " Clear Cache " click on that, then restart your phone. I did this 20 minutes ago because my Fitbit app hadn't updated correctly since the 7th. When I opened the app again it had correctly updated. I hope this helps.
