Android app crashing since 4Sep2019

Hi,

my fit bit android app which connects to my charge2 is crashing since 4sep2019. Just wanted to find out if any one is facing similar issue.

@RajeshKumar, I have not experienced any crashes of the Android app. Which version are your running?  Have you tried clearing the cache/data of the app to ensure a clean install? If not, try these steps:

 

  • Open the phone's settings->apps->Fitbit, and do a Force Stop
  • Select Clear Cache, and then Clear Data
  • Close the phone's Settings, and turn off the phone
  • Turn the phone back on, and open the Fitbit app
