My brand new Inspire 3 measures heart rate very well, when it is connected to the app and synced I see current heart rate on the Today page, but if I click on the Heart Rate page it says "no measurements". This is useless. The band, phone and app all appear to work, but the app isn't storing heart rate measurements. I've restarted the band and the phone which makes no difference.
24 hours to fix this Fitbit or it's going back to Amazon and my account is closed for good.

Thanks for trying to resolve this issue by doing a restart of your watch and cellphone and for providing all the details about this situation.

Please take in mind that for some metrics, the device may take a couple of days to gather enough data to show you a pattern in the app.
