Heart rate and sleep stopped

After charging my Versa 3 the heart rate and sleep stopped. 

I reset the watch. Removed and added to the phone. 

Nothing is flashing on the back of the watch.

The effort put into trying to resolve this issue is truly appreciated, and thank you for letting me know that the sensor at the back of the device is not blinking.

Since you have already tried the regular reset of your device and it is still not working, I would like to request a case under your name with our support team so that they can assist you further with this issue. Please keep in mind that this may take a couple of days and the communication will be via email.

Hey. So i tried charging mine until it was fully charged and then rebooted using the cable. That seems to have solved the problem for me. Maybe you can try that.

How do you reboot using the cable? Reboot while the charger is hooked up?
