Android app keeps crashing

On my android the app keeps on crashing every five seconds. Someone please help me out if u know something. Thx

Hi there @ImpairedWolf101, nice to have you here as a new member of the Fitbit Community! If this is happening with your Fitbit app on Android, I would recommend to review which version of the fitbit app is running your Android device.

 

Usually these type of issues happen when the app is outdated, so make sure you are running the latest version. For more details please take a look at the following post: Android app version 2.65.1 is now available - 1/25.

 

To see what version of the Fitbit app is installed on your device:

  1. Tap the menu button.
  2. Tap Help.
  3. Tap Fitbit App.
