Android app not syncing

Help. I'm going mental with app and phone not syncing workouts. After a number if calls to fitbit they say its a software issue amd will be fixed by 26th September. Call a couple of days later and told no eta. Fitbit twitter is just bot replies. Anyone else having this issue or know how to resolve?  Deleted and reinstalled app just for it to wipe all workout history. Not impressed with fitbit

From what I'm seeing, the newest Android Fitbit app update, version 4.28.3, has resolved the syncing issue for most users. I can't say all users yet since I haven't had a chance to check all the threads about the syncing issues.

If you haven't updated your Fitbit app yet, please check the Play Store and install the update once it's available to you.

Let us know if you're still experiencing a syncing issue after installing version 4.28.3.

Thank you for that!!! I'm still on the old version still, too afraid to
start that again just yet. It has told me I have an update
available...however!

Hello @hwasp 

There are only a few users reporting that version 4.28.3 didn't work for them. It might be worth updating to see if the new version works for you.
