Recently my app has been giving me a load of issues. 1st my versa turned itself off and wouldn't turn back on until 4 days later...now app won't work...tried all the usual to the point where I have now done a factory reset and now I just keep getting network down for maintenance message. Used the chat function where I was told that she would need to speak to someone and I will get an email...that was 3 days ago....now have no watch
Best AnswerUsually down for maintenance is a cloud server error, but I would try with the phone connected to WiFi then cell service.
Maybe restarting the phone.
But why would someone do a factory reset, that usually will only add more problems when the problem is with the Fitbit app on the phone or in the cloud.

I have had issues. Get one fixed and another problem arises.
