Have tried un-installing and re-installing the app but the error "Fitbit keeps stopping" error message appears on startup.
Has anybody got the right answer or is my Charge 3 just a watch now?

When this happens to me, I go into the phones settings, apps, Fitbit, storage, clear cache.
I also through app stop the Fitbit app. Then swipe Fitbit off of the screen.
