Android app updates

I have noticed that my Samsung ace 3 is still on version 2.15.1 and I appear to be unable to update it. Any ideas?

No, my phone won't sync with the mobile Android app. It did when I had the Fitbit Charge HR, but not with my new Charge 2 HR. Kind of sucks because I can't even use the app, because when I try to sync the app crashes most of the time and not sync. Once in a great while out of the blue it will sync the information from my Fitbit to the app. Why I don't know. My phone's bluetooth doesn't find the Fitbit since I got the Charge 2 HR. I have tried uninstalling the app and the fitbit to no avail.

I have an iPhone and the Fitbit app will not recognize my exercise either. I have a Charge 2 I did 48 minutes of circuit and it shows 48 minutes of exercise the the weekly exercise log will not add it in. If I try to put it in manually then it changes my exercise time to twice the number of minutes. It’s very frustrating

This did not work and my Sleep is still not being tracked.  I have auto updates on my Android.  It was tracking my sleep up until about a week ago.

Please advise.
