Android app version 2.9 just made my Charge 3 useless

Although not on the approved cell phone list (and frankly who knew you needed to buy a phone on their list) my LG Stylo 4 was working just fine with my Charge 3... until a few days ago.  I reinstalled the app per the help information and BAM! no more pairing with my phone.  Thanks FitBit for making my Christmas gift obsolete.

@ccorey Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

I will gladly assist you with this and thank you for troubleshooting the issue. Even though your phone doesn't show as compatible that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

This didn't work.  I had to buy a new phone (yep, ridiculous) and NOW you've updated again to this stupid display where I have to scroll to see the few tiles I want.  As someone with arthritis,  you've now made using the app less accessible.  Way to go FitBit!
