Android new update HR syncs wrong steps info

Since updating my Samsung Galaxy to the latest version of Marshmallow, my HR won't sync properly. The other night, I reached 18000 steps and it synced to my phone as 5400 then changed on the fitbit. The same happened today. After Parkrun, I synced and it says I have only done 5626 steps, when I had done over 11 thousand. After synching with my phone my data on the HR screen and phone changes to a much lower step value. Has anyone else had issues, please? Any ideas what I can do? Thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Angieiswelsh, I'm very sorry to hear about the syncing issues you've been having!

I'd recommend following these troubleshooting steps in order to fix the issue, give it a shot and let me know how they go!

Thank you. I will try all day sync and turn off the battery saver when syncing and see if that helps.

Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

All working again now. Reset tracker. Reinstalled software and put on all day sync. Turned off battery saver. Thanks
